A London learning & enrichment studio
Learning, enrichment and creativity that helps young people thrive_
Left Blank designs and delivers learning and enrichment programmes that build creativity, innovation and digital skills — and the confidence young people need to put them to work.
Delivered alongside the V&A, BFI, Trinity College London, Drake Music and the Mozilla Festival · Arts Award and Artsmark experienced · Working across East and inner London
We're a small London studio that designs ambitious learning and enrichment programmes. For over a decade we've brought coding, film, animation and music tech to young people in classrooms, in community settings, and in cultural spaces like the V&A and BFI Southbank. The tools are only half of it, though. Our work is built to grow the attitudes young people need to navigate a changing world and access opportunity on fairer terms.
What we do
Three ways in
01
Creativity, innovation and digital skills
Hands-on programmes in coding, film, animation and music tech that build real capability, and the confidence to put it to use.
02
Enrichment and future pathways
Clubs, holiday programmes, events and careers experiences that open routes into study, work and the creative industries.
03
Programme design and partnerships
We design and produce programmes, and broker the partnerships behind them — schools, cultural institutions, funders, specialists.
Who we are
The people who design the work deliver it
Left Blank is Francesca Gkotsi and Dave Darch. Francesca is a senior producer with over twenty years in cultural education, currently producing Arts Council England's Artsmark 25. Dave leads on innovation, digital programmes and AI, and on inclusion, SEND and wellbeing. Between us we've designed the programmes and delivered them on the ground, which is why our work tends to work.
